What happens if the Project Holder fails to select a winner?

The project holder has one week after the contest has ended to select a winner. In the event that no winner is selected within the set deadline, and there exist no premises for a refund request, we will proceed to select a winner ourselves within the following week.
Our primary goal, however, remains to do all in our power to avoid that such situations occur because only the project holder can know who deserves to win. Generally we proceed to contact the project holder so that they make their decision on time.
If the 7 day limit has passed and the client has not expressed their verdict, an automatic closing process is started, selecting a winner arbitrarily in just a few days, based on the highest ranking proposal.
