If you notice a slight color change in your proposal once you have uploaded it, the best advice we can give you (if using Illustrator) is to work with a palette/CMYK profile, and during export, use the appropriate panel File > Save for web; firstly because this automatically modifies corresponding colors without errors, and secondly because it compresses files without losing quality.
