The designer who has been awarded the project may be requested by the client to issue an invoice or receipt for the creative content purchased; so its best that the two parties seek agreement on the matter during the handover phase. The fee due to the designer is intended before tax. The relative withholding tax will be applied by the client.

Finally, it is important to underline that TelentGo requires the client to deposit the budget in advance. It will then be transferred to the designer on behalf of the client once the project has been officially closed and the client has received all purchased content.
